Two suspects arrested for conspiracy to murder and possession of unlicensed firearm ~ Free State 

It is alleged that on 8 May 2022, Sunday, Dewetsdorp Visible Policing members followed a lead they got on African males who arrived in town planning to commit murder. 

The police searched and traced the two males to Morojaneng. It is said that the suspects started running when they noticed the police vehicle approaching. 

The police chased the suspects and caught one of them. The search for the other one continued until he was found in the liquor outlets in town. 

The second suspect was found with a gun loaded with five bullets. A case of Conspiracy to commit murder and possession of unlicensed firearm was opened against the two 30-year-old suspects and they are expected to appear in the Dewetsdorp Magistetes Court on 10 May 2022, Tuesday.
