A pedestrian has been killed in a hit and run accident in Umdloti KZN.

A body of a male was discovered on the Umdloti beach road with extensive injuries on Friday night.
It is said that a passer by contacted reaction Unit South Africa around 19:34 after the discovery of the body on the road.
RUSA officers and Medics were then dispatched to the scene and on arrival they found the man who suffered life threatening injuries and demised on the scene.
