A video clip showing a man stealing a traffic light has caused major waves in South Africa.

In the clip, the lad is seen dragging the traffic light without anyone even trying to stop him.

This sparked a lot of debate online with Trott Mots saying “this is what tells of reckless governance, no fear and respect of authorities not to mention the rule of law, it’s intact none. Worse the same offender, once he is arrested his rights come first well above everything else”.
