It is alleged that on 23 February at approximately 19:30 the two men entered a house in Sabhuza in KwaMbonambi armed and fired shots at two family members aged 15 and 25 who were both declared dead on the scene.

3 days later (26 February 2022) at approximately 05:00 they entered the same house and fired shots leaving a 40-year-old dead on the scene and two other people were taken to hospital where a 43-year-old man died on the 28th of February.

Both suspects will appear at the Empangeni Magistrates Court tomorrow (04 March 2022) and they face counts of murder.

While the 43-year-old also appeared in court for possession of an unlawful firearm after he was found with a pistol.
