A Pretoria mom together with her son was found dead in their house after a pungent smell lead to the discovery of the two bodies.
Neighbors in lethlabile became concerned when a pungent smell and a swarm of flies started coming out of their neighbor’s houses.
It is said that the neighbors hadn’t seen the mother (49) along with his son (10) in days therefore they contacted the woman’s brother Who called the police to check up on her sister and her son.
When police got they found the house open and inside was the body of Emily mashabele lying half-naked on the couch and the body of her son Thabiso was found in his room.
Currently, the police cannot confirm the motive or cause of the death but investigations are underway.
