A 61 year old KZN farm worker’s ear was cut off after he was attacked by three men earlier today.

It is said that the elderly man was asleep in a compound on a farm when suspects broke the door leading to his room around 03:00 am.
It is when they assaulted him and asked him about where the brush cutters were stored.
During the assault that is when the suspects cut off the man’s ear.
Reaction unit south Africa was called for assistance and when they arrived at the scene they found the man lying on the ground with his ear next to him.
The man has since been sent to the hospital.
