A 29 year old Cape town man who allegedly raped a 10 year old girl on Tuesday is set to appear on the Piketberg Magistrate’s Court .

It is said that the man raped the girl on Tuesday and filmed the whole act which took place near a farm in piketberg and he is currently being kept at the piketberg police station holding cells .

Claasen said “The  Department of Social Development and other state entities to  give the necessary support to the 10- year old victim and her family”.

Saffas are hoping that justice is served as many perpetrators do get away with crime .
