The Crown Gospel Awards founder Zanele Mbokazi has passed away.

News were cornfimed by her husband Bishop Nkambule early this morning, Bishop has been so supportive to his wife until she has passed on.

She has been battling with cancer for months and it was very sad to see how she has died due to painful sickness that had claimed her life.

Many knows her when she was still hosting Gospel Gold on Sabc 1 during the early 2000s.

Her wonderful plan of recognising the gospel is well honored by many people across the country, because this music is loved and unites people.
