Cancer has claimed the life of the talented Gospel music icon Zanele Mbokazi.

It has been said that Mbokazi died early on Monday morning at the Netcare Parklands hospital in Durban.

Her husband Bishop Nkambule has realesed a statement in the morning to confirm the death of his loved one who has been with him for years.

Mbokazi has been influencial on changing the life’s of many Gospel artists in this country and across the African continent.

The Crown Gospel Awards is the testimony that Mbokazi work is well recognised by many people.

She has also served at Ukhozi FM is the presenter .
