The MDC youngsters will start this year with lot of money on their pockets after winning the Carling Cup yesterday, by been the part of All Star team that beats Stellenbosch FC at Peter Mokaba Stadium.

The Carling Black Label who are the sponsors of this tournament have told Sabc sport that, all this players will share R2Million amognst each other after winning the trophy.

It has been estimated that each player and coaches might go home with R60K each due to their paticipation on that match.

But Itumeleng Khune is the players that might earn bigger than any person after winning R100k for been the man of the match on that game.

Chiefs players has been influencial on that match by scoring this two winning games and this might be a moral boost for team so that they can win trophies this season.

This money might be help for the young from MDC because they will be looking to use this money for a better course or maybe invest it so that they can have a bright future while players like Mfundo Vilakazi is expected to sign a contract with the senior team.

Atleast there’s a good story to share to this young boys and built their confidence for the coming matches, and maybe fighting for their position on PSL.
