The career of Emile Baroon started to be interesting when he was selected to be first goalkeeper for South African under 23 team that has represented the country on the Olympics games.

After spending sometime in overseas he decided to return to mzansi and signed a deal with Amakhosi, it’s a deal that saw him competing for the first choice keeper with Itumeleng Khune who looked more younger than him.

But his experience helped him to get some game time even do Khune was the one that won the first choice at Amakhosi.

Baroon has been impressive on both Chiefs and Bafana which is something that got her recognized even today, and his career got ended badly when he was at Wits when he got a crucial injury.

If they is a man that needs a goalkeeping coaching job on the PSL teams then it’s him because he has both local and international experience.

The reason for that is because of the lack of goalkeepers in this country and this has caused a huge blow for national team because they is no competition on that position.

During his years he was competing with the likes of Rowen Fernandez,Brian Baloyi, Calvin Marlin,Wayne Sandlands and more for Bafana call up.
