South African soccer lovers were left in shock on Friday night after Thembinkosi Lorch was announced as a new Sundowns player.

Nobody expected this to happen because of the loyalty that Lorch had for the Buccaneers and the team was also patient for him because of the injuries that affected him.

He was always securing his position on the field regardless of how long did his injury put him outside, and this has proven that the technical team of Orlando Pirates beileved on him.

But maybe he realised that he has to take new challenge outside Pirates and focus on his new team, but the careers of well known players has ended on Sundowns which is something that he must be aware of he wishes to stay long on the field.
