Kwazulu Natal A 22 year old man suffered moderate injuries after a corrugated Iron home collapsed on him in Hilltop, Redcliffe on Monday.

“The man and a friend were assisting a neighbour to demolish a dilapidated building when the structure collapsed on him. Neighbours sifted through metal sheetings and concrete before freeing him.” said RUSA

Reaction Unit South Africa received a call for medical assistance at 13:09. On arrival, RUSA Medics treated the man for moderate injuries before transporting him to hospital by ambulance. 

His friend was not injured.
