Tenant found in bed with 14-year-old girl | KZN

A 52-year-old man was found in bed with his landlord’s 14-year-old daughter in Waterloo, KZN.

The 52-year-old was then severely Assaulted by the girl’s father and sustained a suspected fracture on his leg.
According to the family of the teen, they suspected that something was wrong when they tried to open her door room after they found out that it was barricaded.
When they forced open the door they found a cupboard pushed against it and when they entered the room the girl was standing next to her bed it was then that they opened up her blankets and found their tenant under the sheets.
The tenant then explained that he gained access to the girl’s room through the window after chatting to her. He also mentioned that he has been in a relationship with the minor for 6 months.
When the family demanded that the 14-year-old unlock her phone in their presence they made a shocking discovery.
Pornographic videos were found on her phone and were sent by the tenant to her via WhatsApp.
It is said that some of the videos were of the tenant masturbating and ejaculating while others were of him nude in the shower.
It was then that the girl’s father enraged and allegedly assaulted the man.
The tenant has since been handed over to SAPS (South African Police Services) and the girl’s father was also put into custody by police.
Additional Information then came stating that no criminal charges were placed against the tenant as the family was informed that the tenant would countercharge the dad with assault with the intent to do grievous bodily harm (GBH( resulting in detention.
The tenant was then hospitalized for his injuries.
