KZN – A Ackermans store located in the Verulam CBD was robbed by 3 suspects on Sunday morning (24 April 2022).
It is said that three armed men entered the store and help up staff and customers including children and then forced the victims into the storeroom.
It is also said that several cellphones and cash were stolen with one of the suspects taking off one of the staff’s Company branded jackets to use as a disguise when getting out.
The suspects escaped In a champagne Toyota Corolla with registration number NJ81824.
Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) conducted an extensive search for the suspects however no arrests were made.
