Two Suspects arrested after being found with Crayfish tails worth R1.1 Million

Two men aged 19 and 36 have been arrested for being in possession of crayfish tails worth an estimated R1.1Million rands.
Police officials received information about a white ford ranger with two men transporting crayfish tails. It is when The west coast Flying squad spotted the suspected vehicle and pulled it over.
The vehicle was searched and a total of 17 534 Crayfish tails were found at the back of the car and the Duo was arrested.
The suspects are due to appear in the Vrendenburg Magistrates court on Monday (14 March 2022).
