Phoenix school security guard found dead with multiple stab wounds on Sunday morning. -Durban
The police spokesperson Colonel Thembeka Mbele said that Phoenix SAPS were investigating charges of murder and burglary.
It is said that on the 20 March 2022, at 6am, a body of a 55-year-old security guard was found at a school on Palmview Drive with injuries on the head and the chest and also tied up with a belt.
Upon further investigation, it was discovered that possessions of one of the classroom were stolen, such as the sound system, speakers, a guitar and other belongings. The cause of the incident is still being investigated.
KZN VIP Protection Services said it dispatched it’s VIP response teams to Palmview following the report of a break-in at a local school.
The security said, upon arrival the KZN VIP Officers interviewed the complainant who said when he arrived to open up for church that morning, he noticed the front door was forced open and all the musical instruments were missing from the premises.
The KZN VIP then tried to locate the school’s security officer whom they found swimming in a pool of blood with multiple stab wounds; dead.
