A 28 year old kzn woman was raped by a man who promised to arrange employment for her in Dawncrest, KZN.
According to the victimis she met the suspect at the entrance of Trenance park who then befriended her. She told him that she was seeking employment and the suspect then advised her that his employer was seeking staff.
The suspect then received a call from an unknown person. During the conversation between the suspect and the caller the suspect mentioned that he had found someone for employment.

It was at this point that the victim believed that the man was a good Samaritan and agreed to accompany him to an interview.
While they were walking through Dawncrest the suspect produced a firearm and instructed the victim to enter a dense bush.
It was at that time that the suspect raped the woman and robbed her out of her cellphone and fled on foot.
Reaction unit was called for assistance and the search for the suspect who was dressed in black jeans, grey and white shirt and a white cap begun however no arrest have been made.
