Northern Cape – 11-year-old girl Relebogile Segami who was reported missing on Wednesday has been found dead.
Her body was discovered dumped in the veld behind the Northern Cape Provincial Legislature during an intensive multi-disciplinary search by the Galeshewe FCS unit, Kimberley K9 unit, Galeshewe Visible police, and Kimberley Search and Rescue Team.
The girl was last seen around 08:00 on Wednesday when she left her home in the Company of her friend and she never returned home.
A 24-year-old man has since been arrested and charged for the murder of Relebogile Segami and he is expected to appear in the Galeshewe Magistrates court.
