Relief for unemployed south Africans who get the Social Relief of Distress R350 grant that was introduced just when the pandemic started.
The president of South Africa Cyril ramaphosa has announced that the R350 grant will be extended to next year March , this was made during the State Of the Nation Address on Thursday.
Although questions have rose as to why the president hasn’t made this grant permanent as it is clearly needed.
Although the president mentioned that this was a hard decision as it had a impact on the country’s fiscal constraints.
