A mistrusted rapist of a six-year-old girl has been stoned to death in Limpopo by the community members. It is stated the young girl was raped and killed outside Tzaneen in a village around Limpopo called Petanenge Village. 

Her body was found hidden in a house near Lusaka village in the area with a wound on the neck. 

It is said by the police that the mistrusted killer and rapist has been stoned to death by angry community members. They say the community members searched for a local man that last saw the girl alive. 

Motlafela Mojapelo, the Police Spokesperson, says the accused and now killed man, had confessed to the community that he infact did rape and kill the young girl in order to conceal evidence. 

He also added by saying that they are investigating both incidents. 

“Lieutenant Thembi Hadebe, the provincial commissioner of police in Limpopo has urged the community to work closely with the police in the prevention of crimes perpetrated against children -After a six-year-old girl was allegedly raped and murdered by a 28 year old man, who was in turn stoned to death by community members of Petanenge Village on Saturday. The police have opened cases against the deceased suspect of rape and murder and another case of murder that resulted from the mob episode. The investigations are still continuing.”
