A 25 year old woman has been killed by a crocodile after going to the Nandoni Dam in Tshitomboni village, outside Thohoyandou, Limpopo to do some laundry .
it is said that community members started searching up for the woman after she didn’t return home after leaving to the dam and only managed to find the head of the woman.
Family members were disappointed to find her head without the body and that the crocodile ate up the body .
The lack of supply of water in the area forces villagers to go up to the dam for water and are putting their lives at risk as the dam is full of crocodiles .
Police have since opened an inquest docket to ascertain the facts of the incident.
