Police were called by a motorist who reported that he saw a baby Along the N12 road , on arrival they found the baby whose hands and legs were tied with a plastic bag and the baby was wearing a grey trousers with a white vest and covered with a cloth.

Preliminary investigations carried out found that the baby had bruises on his body , Saps is now investigating a case of murder and no aarest has been made .
