It looks like the case against former FS premier and Anc Secretary General of Anc Ace Magashule will take time before itcan come to judgement after it was postponed again.
Magashule and Sodi are accused of corruption due to the asbestos tender that was supposed to take place in Bloemfontein.
Many expects thinks that this might be a political motive so that they can remove Magashule from power which started when he was forced to step aside from his position as the SG of the rulling.
His former PA was also arrested in the USA and she will be appearing before court soon.
