It has been a long tough months for Dr Nandipha Magudumane who was arrested early this year with her boyfriend Thabo Bester who escaped from Mangaung prison.

The couple was found in Tanzania trying to escape to another country after they were exposed by the media where some of the people spotted Bester in Sandton.

But Nandipha was trying so hard to convince the judge that she needed bail because she was innocent.

On her judgement on Monday afternoon Judge Estelle Labge explained that it is dangerous to grant Nandipha bail because she might leave the country as she did before.

It looks like she will spend a lot of time in prison before her trial begins with her lover Thabo Bester who is well-known across the country.

It’s clear that the state has a strong case against her and her life might also be at a huge risk.
