A man shot dead in a tavern at Tongaat, KZN

The KZN police are investigating a case of murder after a man was gunned down in a tavern on Friday night. 
The police say that on Friday night, just after 11pm, a 35-year-old man was gunned down after having an altercation with two men outside a tavern at Gwala’s Farm in Tongaat. 
It is said that the man sustained gun shot wounds on the upper body and was declared dead at the scene. 
And the suspects drove off fleeing the scene. 
Prem Balsam of Reaction Unit SA(Rusa) said that when the members of the security company reported, a large crowd had already gathered. 
It is said that the victim was found at the entrance. After examination, it was discovered that he had sustained gunshot wounds to his head and body. He showed no sign of life therefore, he was declared dead by the paramedics.
