The South African police services have reported that a 26 year old suspect has appeared in the ntuzuma magistrates court after being arrested on Thursday after being charged for murder and being found in possession of illegal firearm .

It is said that the suspect and the victim were dating the same woman ,the suspect arrived to the victim’s house in his vehicle where the victim was with his partner .
He then approached the victim and a fight arose Which led to the suspect pulling out his gun and shooting the victim several times .
He sustained gunshot wounds and was rushed to hospital where he succumbed to his wounds.
The suspect was arrested at his home where a pistol with erased serial numbers and 53 rounds of ammunition .
